XTEP International 2009 Increased 11% Over The Previous Year.

XTEP International (Stock Code: 1368) released 2009 annual performance announcement.

As of December 31, 2009, XTEP's revenue reached 3 billion 545 million yuan, an increase of 23.7% over the previous year.

Annual profits climbed 27.4% to 648 million yuan.

Among them, the basic earnings per share were 29.79 yuan, up 11% over the previous year.

　特步董事会建议派发末期股息每股10.0港仙及特别股息每股5.0港仙，连同中期股息每股7.0港仙。截至2009年12月31日，年度合共派息为每股22.0港仙，较去年增加22%，全年派息比率65%。

　截至2009年12月31日，特步零售店达6103家，增加21%，远超2009年中定下的目标。其中，集团于湖南、山东、上海、浙江及贵州等主要城市的黄金地段开设旗舰店，借以进一步强化集团的品牌形象，旗舰店增加至30家，较去年底增加150%。

It is revealed that the group will continue to expand and optimize its retail network in response to the demand of the market. It is expected that a total of 800~1000 XTEP brand retailers will be added in 2010.

At the same time, it will continue to strategically open flagship stores in the prime locations of key cities, and plan to add 5 to 8 XTEP flagship stores in 2010 to provide consumers with better quality shopping experience.
