The main content of the examination is whether the pferor is entitled to sell the trade mark, whether the trademark is lawful and effective, whether there is a pledge or not, and whether it has obtained the consent of the owner of the pledge, whether there is a mandatory record of the permitted use, whether it is retained in the court or other power departments, whether it is in conformity with the "one go pfer principle", and whether there are adverse effects; moreover, if the pferor is a state-owned enterprise, the assignment of the trademark may involve the handling of the state-owned assets, and special examination and approval procedures are required.

(3) if the trademark office ends its examination, if it agrees to pfer, it will issue the certificate for the approval and pfer of the trademark and give it to it.

Notice

The original trademark registration certificate will not be renamed. If the pferee needs to rename, he will need to apply for a new trademark registration certificate. However, the trademark right is officially pferred to the pferee's name in the certificate of approval and pfer of the trademark.

If he does not agree to the assignment, the Trademark Office will inform the pferor and the pferee in writing that he may lodge an administrative lawsuit against the first intermediate court of Beijing.
