Transformation

During this period, a number of enterprises in Longwan District worked hard in order to strengthen the muscles and strengthen the bones.

Transformation

The battle to break through.

Meanwhile, relevant departments in Longwan district have formulated "10 traditional pillar industries pformation and upgrading plan of action", and upgraded the "breakout order" to valves, stainless steel, synthetic leather, plumbing sanitary ware and other industries.

The area will rely on the construction of the civil science base, the construction of the headquarters business district, and the integration and upgrading of traditional industrial parks and other carriers. It will be guided by relevant government policies to help the pformation and upgrading of traditional industries.

How to eliminate pollution, energy conservation and emission reduction from the source is a common problem in the development of the synthetic leather industry.

Through technological innovation, Longwan synthetic leather enterprise, Wenzhou Hongdeli resin Co., Ltd. has found a way to solve this problem.

Two months ago, the company joined the Dow group, the world's top 500 company, and jointly developed water-based polyurethane for the production of synthetic leather.

Waterborne polyurethane is a water substitute for toxic chemical solvents to produce polyurethane, which itself is a green product. Therefore, no toxic waste gas and waste liquid will be discharged in the process of synthetic leather production, thus effectively solving the pollution problem of the traditional synthetic leather industry.

As the "capital of China's synthetic leather", Longwan has 83 existing synthetic leather enterprises.

Compared with other industries, the output value of synthetic leather enterprises is relatively high.

In recent years, Longwan synthetic leather industry is also faced with bottlenecks such as energy conservation, emission reduction, R & D level and industrial added value.

The action plan for the pformation and upgrading of the synthetic leather industry in Longwan (2010-2015) provides guidance for the industry, and promotes the establishment of modern large conglomerates through the integration of industries. It focuses on developing high-grade synthetic leather with waterborne resin as raw material, high tech wet PU gas permeable leather and ultra-fine fiber base material, so as to enhance the overall competitiveness of the industry and promote the pformation and upgrading of the industry.

Moreover, we should improve the production technology, reduce the total amount of pollutant discharge, and create a green ecological industry with low resource consumption and less environmental pollution.

The practice of "Hong Deli" is a reminder to colleagues: to solve new pollution problems through technological innovation, we can break through a new world.
