Hangzhou Has To Shut Down 170 Enterprises This Year.

Yesterday, Hangzhou introduced the action plan (2011-2013) to eliminate backward production capacity for three years, and shut down a batch of enterprises under heavy punches.

This year alone, we need to shut down 170 enterprises.

The action plan has eliminated the list of enterprises to be eliminated or shut down in 2011, involving 304 enterprises, and 170 of them need to be shut down, including many crystal ornaments in Jiande.

Another 134 low energy production lines should be eliminated, of which 55 of Fuyang's paper-making enterprises should be eliminated.

In the elimination of production lines, there are many textile factories in Xiaoshan, chemical plants in Fuyang and Jiande, electromechanical and battery production lines in Ling'an.

This year, Hangzhou will also ban industrial frequency furnaces and medium frequency induction furnaces for producing bars, ingots or continuous casting billets.

Next year, the production lines of low energy enterprises to be eliminated in Hangzhou will involve cement, chain grate stoves, coal throwing stoves and medium temperature and medium pressure and below units, manual electroplating production lines, and thermal efficiency of various types of boilers, which do not meet the energy consumption limit of pformers, motors, fans, pumps, and cold water units.

In 2013, Hangzhou will eliminate the emphasis on paper making, including waste paper as raw material, a single cardboard production line with an annual output of less than 25 thousand tons, low efficiency packaging paper, cultural paper, household paper production line, etc.

Enterprises that do not eliminate backward production capacity according to government regulations will stop power supply and water supply.

The plan of action is carried out in the "Five Unities". That is to say, all the illegal production capacity such as unauthorized construction, small construction and so on will be closed down and eliminated. The production line and equipment of the product with excessive energy consumption standards will be closed down and eliminated; the production capacity of the hyper EIA equipment outside the approved and super approved pollution discharge enterprises will be closed down and eliminated; the backward production capacity with no safe production conditions will be closed down and eliminated; and all the fake and shoddy products and unlicensed production enterprises will be closed down.
