Zhengzhou Footwear Commodity Inspection 4 Failed
The Zhengzhou Administration for Industry and Commerce announced the inspection of footwear in the fourth quarter of 2014 in its official website. The samples of 8 batches of the 20 batches of samples were found to be unqualified, with a pass rate of 60%.
This commissioned standard standard Technology Service Co., Ltd., Hangzhou branch, conducted spot checks on footwear sold in the circulation sector.
A total of 20 batches of samples were collected from shopping malls in Zhengzhou, and the extracted samples were tested according to their implementation standards.
The inspection items for the leather shoes are sensory quality, peel strength of the bottom, bending resistance of the shoes, wear resistance of the sole, heel binding force, hardness of the bottom heel, the pull out strength of the upper, the sign of the hook, and the bending rigidity of the hook.

The test items of the casual shoes are sensory quality, peel strength, bending resistance, wear resistance, color fastness to friction between lining and inner pad, and so on.
Upper
Pull out strength, decompose harmful aromatic amine dyes, dissociate or partially hydrolyze.
Formaldehyde content
The inspection items for tourist shoes are sensory quality, peel strength of bottom, peel strength of bottom wall and peel, shoe folding resistance, wear resistance of outer bottom, color fastness to friction between lining and inner pad, decomposition of harmful aromatic amine dyes and free formaldehyde.
