Palazzo Fendi was built in early 1900s. Its predecessor was the building in 1700s. It was one of the oldest families in Rome, one of the Boncompagni-Ludovisi family. Palazzo Fendi is located in luxury shopping street zvia Condotti and Spanish Steps before, it has become a brand retail shop and office since 2004.

The building has five stories, about 10800 square feet. It is the evolution of Paris and Milan stores designed by architect Gwenael Nicolas. Among them, there are seven fur craftsmen in the field who make special customized products for Fendi.

The concept of hotel was built by architect Marco Costanzi, who designed the new headquarters of Palazzo della Civilt Italiana in Rome and the exhibition in Milan of Fendi. There are 7 rooms in the hotel. These rooms can be booked together at a price of 17000 euros. But Pietro Beccari, President and chief executive of Fendi, emphasizes that this is not about business, but a lifestyle concept and provides a service for consumers of brands.
