The association, China employment training technology guidance center, China finance and trade light textile trade union, and China Light Industry Vocational Skill Appraisal Guidance Center will jointly organize the 2016 China skills competition, "Dawei Cup" second national leather processing workers' vocational skills competition.

Approved by the State Ministry of human resources and social security, the competition is included in the 2016 China skills competition plan (Ministry of human resources and social affairs No. 2016] 62, which is designated as the two category of national competition.

The reporter was informed that the competition was set up for cattle leather dyeing and fatliquoring, including two parts: theoretical examination related to leather processing and practical examination of dyeing and Fatliquoring Process.

The theoretical examination accounted for 20%, the examination time was 45 minutes, the actual operation accounted for 80%, and the examination time was 180 minutes.

According to the person in charge of the organizer, we need to point out that in the actual operation examination, apart from assessing the dyeing and fatting skills of athletes, the competition content will be fully combined with the development trend of energy conservation and emission reduction in the industry. The electricity consumption, water consumption, chemical material consumption and absorption degree in the course of operation are also included in the examination contents, which is also a highlight of this competition.

It is reported that the competition is still divided into two stages: preliminary and final.

According to the industry distribution and production situation, the eight districts of Hebei, Zhejiang, Fujian, Shandong, Henan, Hunan, Guangdong and Sichuan were preliminaries preliminaries.

The preliminaries will be organized and implemented by the Leather Association and the finance and trade textile and tobacco trade association of all divisions. The tanning enterprises need to go to the corresponding organizing units of the preliminaries to enter the competition. Before September 30th, all the teams will attend the final runner's list to the competition organizing committee.

The final is scheduled for November 2016.

For the top three players, they will be awarded "national technical experts" honorary titles, certificates, medals and medals, and will be promoted to professional qualification of technicians.
