The Chinese Academy Of Engineering Opens A Prescription For 2 Million Tons Of Waste Chemical Fiber Textiles.

The Chinese Academy of engineering consultation research project "the development strategy research on recycling technology of waste chemical fiber and textile resources" was held in Beijing recently. The research report has comprehensively and deeply combed the current situation and development trend of the recycling and recycling of waste textile resources at home and abroad, and put forward the key task of recycling and recycling of waste textile fiber resources in China, and has defined the development direction of the whole industry chain technology system.

China is the world's largest producer and application of chemical fiber. In 2016, the total output of chemical fiber reached 49 million 440 thousand tons, accounting for the whole world.

69.4% of the total textile fiber processing volume is 54 million 200 thousand tons, of which chemical fiber accounts for 84.23%, and occupies an absolute leading position.

However, with the rapid development of the industry, the problem of disposal of waste products is becoming more and more urgent.

It is estimated that by the end of 13th Five-Year, the output of waste chemical fiber textiles can reach nearly 2 billion tons.

With the increasing emphasis on resource and environmental protection in China, the recycling of chemical fiber textiles has become an urgent need for the development of China's textile industry.

According to Jiang Shicheng, academician of the Chinese Academy of engineering, in order to promote the sound development and comprehensive upgrading of China's chemical fiber recycling industry and give full play to the role of the National Engineering Science and technology think tank, the Chinese Academy of engineering set up a consultation project on the development strategy research of recycling technology of waste chemical fiber and textiles in 2017. It was led by academicians in the textile field, relying on Donghua University, and invited more than 40 experts from universities and colleges and representative enterprises to participate in the research.

It took more than a year to form research reports and academician suggestions.

"Recycling of chemical fiber is an important direction in the new era of chemical fiber industry."

Wang Huaping, Secretary General of the project, expounded the contents of the research report. He said that in the next 10 years, we should take "zero abandonment, clean low carbon, high quality and high value" as the guidance, take the major science and technology project as the starting point, and take the construction of the independent innovation system combining "politics, production, learning, research and application" as the support, and set up a national textile recycling and recycling scientific research and engineering technology development platform, so that the recycling technology and innovation ability of our key polyester fiber, polyamide, polypropylene, polyphenylene sulfide and other key chemical fiber varieties will be among the highest in the world.

According to the research report, the key tasks of recycling and recycling of waste chemical fiber and textile resources are the rapid identification and sorting technology of waste chemical fiber textiles, the standardization of pretreatment and resources, the key technology and industrial upgrading of mechanical and physical regeneration, the key technology of physical and chemical regeneration, and the key technologies and industrialization of chemical regeneration.

On this basis, the project forms special recommendations.

First, build up the modern recycling logistics system of waste textiles: under the coordination of the relevant departments of the state, the local government and professional structure should be combined to set up a list of waste textile logistics technology and equipment procurement. With the form of special government subsidy, a complete system, complete function and orderly operation of the waste textile recycling logistics industry chain will be formed. Based on the construction of the modern recycling logistics information platform, the intelligent recycling box, professional logistics vehicle and distribution management station will be constructed in a progressive way, and a 200 km recycling economic circle will be built to achieve the full coverage of the recycling logistics network system.

Second, we should build a recycling and recycling industrial agglomeration and demonstration park of waste chemical fiber and textile products: make full use of synergy and scale effect, and optimize the allocation of resources and improve the efficiency of resource utilization, and form a radiant drive in order to achieve rapid progress in the recycling industry of waste textiles.

Third, building waste.

The innovation and exhibition platform of textile production, study and research: it is suggested that the state set up a special national key laboratory for recycling and recycling of waste textiles, a national engineering and technology research center, strengthen research and talent platform construction, speed up the basic research of chemical fiber regeneration and the pformation of research results.
