The planning area of the industrial cluster area is 14.86 square kilometers, which has built 7.53 square kilometers. Currently, 149 enterprises are located in the industrial cluster area. Among them, 132 enterprises are regulated, with a group of key chemical fiber textile enterprises such as Sichuan University, Zhejiang merchants, gang Hui and Su Mei da. Huaibin county is speeding up the construction of 10 "garden central gardens", such as textile science and Technology Park, Jiaxing Industrial Park, Suzhou Industrial Park, huaixiu garden, etc., to carry out a strong chain link, actively implement the textile printing and dyeing industry project, and promote the planning and construction of textile fabric inspection and testing center, technology research and development center, textile trading center, logistics center and intelligent clothing town.

At the meeting, the research group issued a questionnaire on the theme of "mind reading and remembering mission" by the Huaibin Textile Federation Party committee. The county Party committee and county government and related enterprises made some suggestions to China Textile Federation. We hope that China Textile Union will give guidance to industrial policy communication, industrial chain reinforcement, three center construction, smart clothing town construction, brand packaging, personnel training, technical consultation and so on.
