Jiahua Energy (600273): Controlling Shareholder's Lifting Of Pledge 75 Million Shares
Jiaxing energy (600273.SH) announced that the company received the notice from the Limited by Share Ltd of Zhejiang Jiahua group (hereinafter referred to as "Jiahua group") in July 29, 2019. Jiayang group will pledge the 75 million tradable shares of the Northern International Trust Limited by Share Ltd (hereinafter referred to as "Northern Trust") to handle the lifting of pledge registration at the Shanghai branch of China Securities Depository and Clearing Co., Ltd.
As of the announcement date, Jiaxi group directly held 602 million shares of the company, accounting for 42.04% of the total share capital of the company. Jia Hua group, the actual controller Guan Jianzhong and their concerted action Han Jianhong hold 629 million shares of the company, accounting for 43.89% of the total share capital of the company. The total number of shares held directly in the company's shares held by the Jiahua group is 275 million shares, accounting for 45.65% of the total shares held by the company, accounting for 19.19% of the total share capital of the company. The company's actual controller Guan Jianzhong and his co operative Han Jianhong have 26 million 375 thousand and 500 shares of the company, and there is no pledge or guarantee.
