Shenzhen Airport Cross Border E-Commerce Bonded Import Business Opened
It is reported that more than 1000 cosmetic and health care products purchased by consumers on the e-commerce platform were sent out from Shenzhen Airport bonded logistics center on July 10, marking the formal opening of Shenzhen Airport cross-border e-commerce online shopping bonded import (1210) business.
The bonded import (1210) business of cross-border e-commerce online shopping is also known as the bonded goods preparation mode. According to the demand of consumers in the bonded area, the goods are directly purchased from the airport and then stored in a large number of goods in the hands of foreign consumers.
Compared with "overseas shopping", the bonded import of cross-border e-commerce online shopping can realize "single order in the day, tax paid on the same day, and outbound on the same day". At the same time, e-commerce enterprises can also realize "whole in and zero out" for large-scale overseas centralized procurement.
Compared with the conventional "overseas shopping" which often takes more than half a month to receive goods, the bonded import of cross-border e-commerce online shopping has obvious advantages of "one order in the world, tax paid on the same day, and delivery on the same day". Consumers can get the goods within 2-3 days after placing an order on the e-commerce platform, thus greatly improving the consumption experience. At the same time, a large number of overseas centralized procurement enables e-commerce enterprises to enjoy the convenience of "whole in and zero out" and effectively reduce logistics and other operating costs.
Obviously, the launch of Shenzhen Airport cross-border e-commerce online shopping bonded import business is conducive to the development of Guangdong cross-border e-commerce formats. As a major foreign trade province, Guangdong has always made outstanding achievements in cross-border e-commerce.
According to public reports, according to the statistics of Guangdong Branch of the General Administration of customs, in 2019, the total import and export value of cross-border e-commerce in the whole province was 110.79 billion yuan (excluding the import and export channels of overseas warehouses and express mail), with a year-on-year increase of 45.8%, accounting for 59.5% of the total value of cross-border e-commerce in China (186.21 billion yuan).
It is understood that the General Administration of customs also announced that the pilot project of cross-border e-commerce B2B export supervision will be carried out in several cities including Shenzhen and Guangzhou from July 1 this year. After the implementation of the reform, cross-border e-commerce B2B export has a special way of customs clearance, enjoying the convenience of customs clearance.
