Shenzhen Dapeng Customs Seized 1000 Pieces Of Export Infringing Garments

Recently, Dapeng customs, affiliated to Shenzhen customs, found that 1000 female pullovers were suspected of infringing the exclusive right of "Mickey Mouse edevice" registered by Disney enterprises in the General Administration of customs. After confirmation by the obligee, the goods were indeed infringing on their exclusive right to use their trademarks and applied to the Customs for intellectual property protection.

At present, the Customs has detained the above infringing goods and handed them over to the legal department for subsequent disposal.
