Industrial Cluster: The 14Th Five Year Plan Review Meeting Of Dalang Wool Textile Industry Was Held Successfully

On the morning of December 8, the "14th five year plan" development planning review meeting of Dalang wool textile industry was successfully held in the form of video conference. Liu Jiaqiang, President of China Wool Textile Industry Association, Lin Yunfeng, President of China Knitting Industry Association, Liu Xin, vice president of China Textile Industry Economic Research Institute, Liu Yanwei, vice president of China Textile Construction Planning Institute, ye Jianhua, Secretary of the Youth League Committee and director of the party and government office of Dalang Town, and other leaders and experts attended the review meeting.

In 2021, Dalang commissioned China Textile Construction Planning Institute to carry out the "14th five year plan" industrial development plan of world class wool textile industry cluster pilot area in Dalang town.

Since the planning work was started in April this year, the project team of the textile Planning Institute has visited Dalang for many times to conduct field investigation and collect data, so as to deeply understand the development status of Dalang wool industry and enterprises. On this basis, the first draft of the report was compiled in September. After that, he held seminars with relevant departments of Dalang, industry associations and industrial enterprises for planning contents, and revised and improved the industrial planning. In December, the planning project entered the evaluation stage.

Liu Jiaqiang, President of China Wool Textile Industry Association, Lin Yunfeng, President of China Knitting Industry Association, Liu Xin, vice president of Industrial Economics Research Institute of China Textile Federation, ye Peihua, President of Dongguan wool textile industry association, and Chen Jingdong, President of Dongguan wool garment designers association, formed members of the expert group, and Liu Jiaqiang was elected as the leader of the expert group.

The expert group spoke in turn and formed the following evaluation opinions: the planning comprehensively analyzed the situation faced by the development of wool weaving industry in Dalang town and the causes of the situation, and put forward the development orientation, development objectives, implementation path and key projects. The overall content of the plan is standardized, the structure is perfect, the thinking and logic are clear, and the key points are outstanding. It meets the needs of the development of Dalang wool textile industry. It is forward-looking and operable. It has a strong guiding significance for the transformation and upgrading of Dalang wool textile industry and sustainable development under the new era and new situation, as well as building a world-class wool industry cluster.

Vice president Liu Yanwei delivered a speech, expressing his thanks to the relevant professional associations and industry experts of China Textile Federation as well as relevant departments and experts of Dalang town for their help in the preparation of the plan. He said that he would further revise and improve the planning according to the opinions of experts at the review meeting; In the future, we will coordinate relevant associations, departments and experts of China Textile Federation to provide full support for the effective implementation of the "14th five year plan" industrial development plan of Dalang town's world-class wool industry cluster pilot area.

Ye Jianhua, the second level chief staff member of Dalang Town, delivered a speech. He said that in general, the analysis of the current situation of the Dalang wool weaving industry is relatively accurate and gives a clear target positioning. Dalang, as the leading area of world-class wool textile industry cluster, will continue to promote industrial transformation and upgrading and achieve high-quality development. According to the planning implementation path, in the future, Dalang wool needs to focus on the following aspects, including improving product research and development capacity, developing brand, developing supply chain services, building fashion industry complex, etc. During the implementation of the plan, we will also strengthen cooperation with various industry associations and integrate industrial resources such as national industry associations.
