Recently, Hunan Hongcheng Textile Co., Ltd., the first textile enterprise in the environmental protection park of Xiangnan Textile Industry Base in Changning, Hunan Province, officially started production.

Hunan Hongcheng Textile Co., Ltd. moved from Dongguan, Guangdong, and plans to build 30000 square meters of washing, printing and dyeing workshops, which is the largest washing plant in the park. After reaching the capacity, the enterprise will achieve the goal of annual production of 20 million pieces of jeans clothing and annual output value of 150 million yuan.

As one of the 100 major industrial projects and the first batch of key projects in a strong manufacturing province in Hunan Province, in recent years, Changning has planned to build a textile industry base in southern Hunan that integrates research and development, design, theme culture, sales, export, logistics, etc., highlighting the "magnetic attraction effect", which is favored by coastal textile and clothing enterprises and has become a hot spot for Hunan businessmen to return.

Since this year, Changning has comprehensively accelerated the pace of the construction of the textile base in southern Hunan, introduced the "12 golden rules" for investment attraction, and held a series of activities for investment promotion of the "return of Hunan businessmen".

At present, the first phase of the clothing park project of Xiangnan Textile Industry Base has been fully completed and delivered for use, with 32 enterprises settled in and 11 enterprises such as Yaxuan and Dasheng officially put into production; The Phase I plant of the environmental protection facility park has also been delivered for use, entering the substantive operation stage.
