As early as 2013, Shaoxing started to implement the transformation and upgrading of the printing and dyeing industry. Through agglomeration and upgrading, backward production capacity was eliminated, and printing and dyeing enterprises were integrated from thousands to more than 100. With the optimization and upgrading of the industry, many printing and dyeing enterprises have gradually mastered the printing and dyeing process of functional fabrics for outdoor sports. Ruisheng Textile "killed" into this field 10 years later, which is obviously not rational.

Ruisheng Textile sees another "money" scene. "More than 10 years ago, I definitely didn't want to do printing and dyeing." Xie Haojie, the chairman of Ruisheng Textile, is 47 years old this year. Xie Haojie has been engaged in the textile industry for nearly 20 years. This sense of urgency stems from the arrival of a new air outlet - with the upgrading of domestic consumption, the outdoor sports market shows an explosive growth trend, thus driving the demand for functional fabrics to rise. It is in this direction that Xie Haojie, who has been taking orders for processing and trading functional outdoor sports fabrics, decided to go against the trend. At the moment of global economic downturn in 2019, Ruisheng Textile decided to invest nearly 20 million yuan to launch a composite production line.

"The investment promotion staff shook their heads when they saw that the project was' textile '." Xie Haojie said frankly that at that time, local people were not very interested in traditional industrial projects. In fact, PUR hot melt adhesive, an advanced green process, was launched by the company, five years earlier than the application advocated by the state. Later, the Ministry of Economy and Information Technology, Science and Technology and other departments came forward in time to explain that the project was successfully settled in Shaoxing Binhai New Area. Since the company was put into production in 2019, the annual sales revenue has increased by more than 30%. This entry will lay the foundation for launching the printing and dyeing production line four years later.

"The fabrics of more than 10 middle and high-end outdoor brands in Europe and the United States are all produced in Ruisheng Textile." Yesterday, Wan Linquan, a purchaser of Xiamen Vidax Clothing Co., Ltd., revealed that at present, textile enterprises mastering the "printing and dyeing+composite" process are very scarce in China.

Xie Haojie said that with the rapid growth of market demand, the iterative upgrading of outdoor sports functional fabrics is accelerating, and printing and dyeing processes and composite processes need more and more efficient running in.

"Every day, at least 200 orders, ranging from hundreds of meters to hundreds of thousands of meters, are sent to all over the world."
