China Cotton Bank Association Went To Dongying For Investigation

From September 11 to 13, the research team of China Cotton Textile Industry Association went to Guangrao County and Lijin County of Dongying to investigate the production, operation and green development of textile enterprises.

The research group has visited 7 textile enterprises, mainly spinning pure cotton high count yarn, blended high count yarn, and weaving. It is understood that most enterprises are basically full capacity production in the near future, and the operating rate of some enterprises is not high. Entering the traditional peak season in September, the market demand did not improve significantly, and the product inventory was more than one month. The enterprise actively responded to the market uncertainty by adjusting the product structure.

From the perspective of green development, all the visited enterprises have built solar PV, which is in the forefront of green and low-carbon development. In terms of technical transformation, advanced equipment such as air compression station and steam generator are used to save energy and reduce energy consumption; Increase the use proportion of high-efficiency motor through frequency conversion transformation, reduce the power loss of motor, and realize energy conservation. In terms of intelligent development, MES online monitoring system is installed to conduct intelligent analysis on energy consumption of each process, so as to better manage energy; A testing center has been established to effectively improve product quality.

Some enterprises said that they would further accelerate the application of automation, continuity and green energy-saving equipment, take energy conservation and carbon reduction, ultra-low emissions, safe production, digital transformation and intelligent upgrading as important directions, implement the concept of green development and promote new industrialization.
